Do I need my own domain for Digital Strategy Academy?

Although you can use the default domain names within our system, we highly recommend that you purchase a domain name to use that represents your brand. Connect a custom domain is simple and we can do that for you during our setup call.

Is support available to help me get started?

Absolutely! Once you have signed up for BIP Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels, you can attend one of our onboarding sessions to help you get started. During this session, we will help you connect your custom domain, set up your payment gateway and answer any questions you have. We also have an expanding video training library that can help you with specific areas of the platform. If you need additional support, you can reach our support staff at [email protected]. We also offer advanced setup services for an additional cost.

What is covered in the monthly cost? What else will I be billed for?

Your monthly cost covers all of the elements specified in your month plan (see above pricing table). Your Silver, Gold, or Platinum plan also covers a certain number of credits to cover items such as text messages, emails, premium triggers and more. When you create your account, it will automatically establish a credit wallet for you. If you use all of your credits in a given month, the wallet will recharge to $10 using the credit card we have on file for you. Additional emails cost about $0.75 per 1000 and text messages are about $8.70 per 1000 segments.
