Individual Attendees

Refunds will not be issued for any tickets. Substitutions for attendees are welcome with written notice at least 48 hours in advance of event. Refunds will not be issued after the event for individual no-shows, travel delays, illnesses, missed sessions, or cancellations after the start of the event.

Corporate/Sponsorship Tables/Vendor Tables or Booths

Refunds will not be issued after registration is submitted. Substitutions for corporate/sponsorship table attendees are welcome with written notice at least 48 hours in advance of event. Refunds will not be issued after the event for corporate/sponsor/vendor no-shows, travel delays, illnesses, missed sessions, or cancellations after the start of the event.

Please note:

Substitutions for attendees are not available for events that require security clearances.
